About the show
Portugal. The Man return to Poland! The band behind the hit “Feel It Still,” known for blending genres into infectious songs, will play on March 10 at Warsaw’s Stodola. Supporting them will be the British band Cassia.
Portugal. The Man were formed in 2004 in Wasilla, Alaska, and soon moved to Portland to develop their career. They debuted in 2006 with “Waiter: “You Vultures””, followed by four more albums released annually. Their sixth record, “In the Mountain in the Cloud” (2011), was their first release on Atlantic, the label they remain with today. The breakthrough came in 2017 with the album “Woodstock” and the single “Feel It Still,” which won a Grammy and topped charts worldwide.
In 2023, Portugal. The Man released their most recent full‑length album, “Chris Black Changed My Life,” produced by Grammy winner Jeff Bhasker, known for work with Kanye West, Harry Styles, and Beyoncé. This year also saw the EP “uLu Selects Vol 2” and the singles “V.I.S” and “Denali.”
They create at the intersection of indie rock, pop, psychedelia, electronic music, and more, tied together by a rare lightness of composition and strong hooks. In the Americans’ music, sonic diversity meets flawless melodic instinct — something their concerts prove comes naturally.
Cassia are a British trio from Macclesfield, building their musical world on the edge of indie pop, funk, and soul. On the new album “everyone, outside,” they blend upbeat, danceable sounds with deeper эмоції and reflection. The record feels like the soundtrack to a summer afternoon that won’t let you stop dancing. Cassia aren’t afraid to experiment, yet they stay true to their style: warm, open‑air, melody‑rich music that sticks in your head.
